Correspondence with Stacy over the phone. Wonderful, helpful, willing to actually provide customer service. I wasn't able to make the 1+ drive for pick up, but thank you Stacy.

If you want something done timely- this is not your place. Originally laid sod and did landscaping around my new build home. Landscaping settled significantly and I had to pay for him to fix that in three different spots (one of which has sunk again). He has blown out my sprinklers the last two years and both times I get on the list, wait a month and after no contact have to call again so my pipes don’t freeze. My neighbor broke our sprinkler head putting in a prefabricated home. I called Greenworld last fall to fix. Stopped in his office this spring, and texted his personal phone two weeks ago- nothing. Time to reach out to someone else.

Last year I had one of your designers come out and help me with a selection of plants for in front of my church. They all came back this Spring!! I am so pleased!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This company didn't want to return my money from a outdoor heater I canceled, and they didn't even ship. Thank goodness I bought it from Amazon and the Amazon guarantee refund returned my money. This company is runned by thieves and DO NOT DO BUSINESS!
